We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, deep understanding of CRM/CE capabilities, and proven ability to drive agile delivery across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations.
- Act as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.
- Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables using Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, technical teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality solution delivery aligned to business requirements and best practices.
- Maintain project documentation including requirements, user stories, sprint plans, and status reports.
- Build and manage project communication plans with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to refine backlog and ensure delivery alignment.
- Identify project risks and create mitigation/resolution strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance and project standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10+ years of project management experience, with a focus on D365 CRM/CE or Microsoft Dynamics projects.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead on CRM/CE implementations.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for managing sprints and requirements.
