Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days a week in office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of the Workday platform, with a focus on Core HCM and Security.
  • Configure and manage Workday business processes, security roles, domains, and related policies.
  • Lead and contribute to platform enhancement initiatives, including:
    • Job Architecture design and implementation
    • Security model redesign and simplification
    • Reporting and dashboard optimisation
    • Process automation and user experience improvements
  • Collaborate with HR, Technology, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess impacts, and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
  • Support Workday bi-annual releases through impact assessments, testing, validation, and deployment of new features and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, data inconsistencies, and user support queries in a timely manner.
  • Support compliance activities including audits, SOX controls, and security reviews where required.
  • Develop and maintain reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics to meet operational and business reporting needs.
  • Assist with data loads, integration testing, and tenant management activities across environments.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and strengthen platform governance.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for system configurations, processes, procedures, and support activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven hands-on experience supporting and configuring Workday environments.
  • Strong functional expertise across:
    • Core HCM
    • Workday Security
    • Business Processes
    • Reporting and Analytics
  • Experience delivering or supporting Workday enhancement and optimisation projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Workday security framework, including domains, security roles, segment-based security, and governance best practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting production issues and supporting BAU (Business-as-Usual) operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across operational support and project delivery activities.
  • Experience supporting Workday releases, including regression testing and change validation.
