We are looking for a high-performing and commercially focused Sales Trainer to join our growing business. This role is responsible for delivering world-class sales training across all levels of the organisation, ensuring consultants and managers are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to drive performance and profitability. The Sales Trainer will play a critical role in improving productivity, maximising ratios, reducing dropouts, and accelerating time to profitability.
What will you do?
- Deliver foundation and experienced sales training in line with the training calendar
- Manage our academy cohorts, and continuing to roll out training through desk coaching, short classroom-based training, and role plays
- Conduct one-to-one coaching and Training Needs Analyses (TNAs)
- Monitor back-at-desk performance and drive improvements in ratios, retainers, and dropouts
- Identify skills gaps and fast-track talent, working closely with managers and directors
- Assist to continuously evaluate and update training content in line with market conditions
- Ensure alignment with local business strategy and global L&D standards
- Support hiring efforts and performance issues
