Select Talent Group (STG) is partnering with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Customer Service Representative / Administrator on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships. You'll be at the heart of the business, ensuring orders are managed efficiently from initial enquiry through to delivery, while providing exceptional service every step of the way.
Reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating customer orders
- Communicating with internal departments
- Ensuring customers receive a first-class experience
- Liaising with Planning, Sales and Production to ensure on-time delivery
- Handling customer complaints and supporting investigations through to resolution
- Maintaining accurate customer records and master data
- Providing administrative support across the customer service function
- Supporting colleagues and providing cover where required
Previous experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support role is required, along with:
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Full-time, on-site role based in Seaham. Initial 6-month fixed-term contract. Immediate start available.
