- Identify opportunities for new products, market expansion and strategic investment.
- Work closely with the wider Group leadership team to shape future business strategy.
About You

- Product Line Director
- Commercial Director
- Business Unit Director

- Head of Product
- Engineering Director with commercial responsibility
You'll also be able to demonstrate:
- An engineering or technical background with strong commercial acumen.
- Experience leading a product-led or technology-led business.
- Full P&L ownership or significant commercial responsibility.
- Experience working with OEM customers and international distribution partners.
- A track record of delivering profitable, sustainable growth.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style.
- The ability to lead and influence across engineering, commercial, sales and supply chain functions.
Why Join?
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly profitable engineering business at an exciting stage of its growth. As part of a larger private equity-backed engineering group, you'll become a key member of the leadership team, helping shape the future direction of both the business unit and the wider organisation as it continues to invest, grow and evolve. You'll have genuine autonomy, full P&L ownership, and the opportunity to influence strategy, develop high-performing teams and deliver sustainable, profitable growth within a collaborative and ambitious environment.
