The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Initially remote, with travel to our office 1–2 days per week. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential, with the ability to travel to client sites as required. £30,000–£40,000 basic salary (depending on experience) with a quarterly performance bonus.
Following a number of new client wins, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Talent Partner to join the team at Select Talent Group.

Key responsibilities include:
- Direct sourcing and talent mapping
- Building and managing client and candidate relationships
- Employer branding projects
- Salary benchmarking and market intelligence
- Coaching hiring managers on recruitment best practice
- Supporting our Embedded Talent Solution clients as their dedicated talent partner
