Following a number of new client wins, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Talent Partner to join the team at Select Talent Group. If you are an established recruiter who loves working with clients and candidates but is looking for a role without the pressure of new business targets, this could be exactly what you are looking for.

At Select Talent Group, we specialise in two areas:

  • Search
  • Embedded Talent Solutions

We partner with manufacturing and engineering businesses across the UK, acting as an extension of their teams to help them attract, hire and retain exceptional talent.

What you’ll be doing:

This is a delivery-focused role with plenty of variety. You’ll be involved in:

  • Executive search and permanent recruitment
  • Direct sourcing and talent mapping
  • Building and managing client and candidate relationships
  • Employer branding projects
  • Salary benchmarking and market intelligence
  • Coaching hiring managers on recruitment best practice
  • Supporting our Embedded Talent Solution clients as their dedicated talent partner
  • Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through to offer and onboarding

No two days are the same. One day you could be recruiting a Production Manager, the next a Sales Director, an Accounts Assistant or an Engineering Director. If you enjoy variety and solving different recruitment challenges, you’ll love this role.

About you:

You’ll ideally:

  • Have previous agency recruitment/talent acquisition experience
  • Be confident managing multiple vacancies across different disciplines and seniority levels
  • Enjoy building trusted relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Take pride in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience
  • Be organised, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Want to be part of a growing business where your contribution genuinely makes a difference

Why join Select Talent Group?

This is an opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of growth and help shape its future. We’re building something different, a talent business focused on quality, partnership and long-term relationships rather than transactional recruitment. You’ll have the opportunity to work on strategic recruitment projects, partner closely with clients, develop your own skills and grow alongside the business. If you’re passionate about recruitment, enjoy building lasting relationships and want to focus on delivering exceptional talent solutions rather than chasing sales targets, we’d love to hear from you.
