You’ll work closely with the Founder and directly with candidates, hiring managers and client stakeholders. Your focus will be on identifying and engaging exceptional talent, managing recruitment processes and ensuring every assignment is delivered to a high standard. There are no cold-calling or new-business sales targets. However, you’ll be encouraged to build strong client relationships, develop your commercial understanding and identify opportunities where Select Talent Group could provide additional support.
