Duty Manager at Monty's Diner, Liverpool Airport

Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour + an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, taking up to £14.80 per hour!

Shift pattern: Full Time, scheduled between 3 am and 11 pm, including weekends.

Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations. Applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.

AS A DUTY MANAGER YOU’LL:

  • Have at least 1 year experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail role.
  • Take charge of creating a clean, welcoming atmosphere that surpasses customer expectations.
  • Guide and support your colleagues, maintaining a safe working and dining environment.
  • Coordinate team efforts, overseeing the unit's opening and closing, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance.
