SSP UK & IRELAND Duty Manager at Tortilla, Victoria Station   Pay Rate: £12.38 per hour  Shift pattern: Full Time (up to 24 hours), scheduled between 06:00 am and 00:00 am, including weekends. Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol. Guide and support your colleagues, maintaining a safe working and dining environment whilst being the go-to person for day-to-day queries Coordinate team efforts. You'll oversee the unit's opening and closing, ensuring operational excellence, adhering to guidelines, and completing necessary documentation. Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance, championing improvements and simplifying operations.
