Select Chalets & Hotels is recruiting chalet hosts for the Winter Season. Select Chalets is an independent operator specialising in the luxury ski chalet market. We own and operate the 5 star Chalet Panorama located in Maria Alm, Austria – from where you have access to Austria‘s largest ski paradise – Ski Amadé. The chalet sleeps up to 19 guests in 8 luxurious suites and facilities include a fabulous Wellness Spa. Our clients expect the best and we aim to exceed their expectations.
We are looking for enthusiastic, resourceful and professional chalet hosts who will be focused on ensuring that our guests will experience the best ever chalet holiday, both on and off the slopes! Our chalet team will work alongside our fantastic French chef, Thierry, who has 14 years in the role. We will provide thorough training and support to ensure that our guests are served meals and drinks in a professional and welcoming manner and that the bedrooms and common areas are properly cleaned and serviced.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial, however personality, professionalism and dedication are all important.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Available for the full winter season – approx. 10th December until early April.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Flexible, hands-on approach.
- Ability to work under your own initiative.
- Must be a team-player.
- Previous hospitality experience.
- Knowledge of German language.
- Full clean driving licence, confidence to drive overseas.
- Enthusiasm for skiing/snowboarding.
