My client is expanding their East region operations and seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. - Take complete management of multiple high-value subcontract packages, from procurement through to final accounting.
- Undertake main contract valuations and pricing client variations.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and supervise direct reports.

- Proven experience as a Lead Surveyor on £25m+ projects.
- Ability to manage complex scopes and work across education, commercial, or multi-unit residential developments.
