Administrator –| £25,000 | Construction Sector
Location: Norwich
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 per annum

About the Role:
You will play a vital role in ensuring project documentation and key information are accurately uploaded and maintained across client and project portals. Key Responsibilities:
- Uploading project documents, certificates, and reports to various client portals
- Ensuring all data and files are accurately named, categorised, and maintained
- Managing deadlines to ensure timely submissions
- Liaising with internal teams to gather required documentation
- Updating internal trackers and maintaining compliance records
- Supporting wider administrative tasks within the department
About You:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident using online portals and Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience within the construction sector is advantageous but not essential
