Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:50–15:50
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Our client is a well-established food manufacturing business based in the Hethel / Wymondham area, looking for a reliable and committed Picker / Packer to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous picking and packing experience who is looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role with the opportunity to become permanent.

Your responsibilities:
- Picking individual sweets to create Pick & Mix pouches
- Working towards a daily picking target
- Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Scanning products and ensuring orders are placed in the correct courier section
- Producing pre-packed sweet pouches
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working area
- Following food hygiene and health and safety procedures
What we’re looking for:
- Previous picking and packing experience is required
- A reliable and committed attitude
- Someone who is eager to learn and develop within the role
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working towards daily targets
- A good team player with a positive attitude
- A full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential due to the location
