Location: NR9, Norfolk (Must be a driver due to location)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Pay rate: £12.71

Select Recruitment is recruiting reliable and hard-working Packing Operatives to join our client, based in the NR9 area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a good eye for detail and can work well as part of a team.

Key responsibilities
- Packing products accurately and efficiently in line with company requirements.
- Checking products for quality and ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Preparing items for dispatch and ensuring orders are ready for distribution.
- Moving and handling stock safely when required.
- Keeping the working area clean, tidy and organised.
- Following all health and safety, hygiene and quality procedures.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
What we’re looking for

- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work at a steady pace in a busy environment.
- A team player who takes pride in their work.
- Previous packing, production or warehouse experience would be beneficial, but a strong work ethic is essential.
