Select Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading global manufacturer of specialist industrial equipment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer who enjoys a hands-on role, problem-solving, and travelling across the UK and Europe.
The Role:
- Carry out maintenance visits, ad-hoc servicing, fault finding, installations, and commissioning of a wide range of industrial machinery.
- Regular UK travel and occasional European assignments; flexibility for overnight stays is essential.
- When not travelling, you’ll be based at the company’s modern facilities near Cambridge, supporting production and workshop operations.
About You:
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge is essential.
- Electrical and PLC skills would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own workload.
- Full, clean driving license required.

- Base salary of £30,000 (OTE £35,000–£40,000 with travel and bonuses)
