Our well-established client, a respected manufacturer of high-quality engineered products, is seeking experienced Workshop Operatives to join their expanding workshop team in the Norwich area.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
Constructing, assembling, and finishing precision-engineered products using hand and power tools
Working on complex builds requiring engineering knowledge and technical aptitude
Fabricating sub-assemblies for sophisticated product ranges
Collaborating with CAD designers and workshop management on innovative solutions
Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout the production process
What We\’re Looking For:
Essential:
Strong engineering background or demonstrable technical aptitude
Experience with precision manufacturing or assembly work
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Practical problem-solving skills and methodical approach
Team player with excellent communication skills
Highly Desirable:
Previous experience using hand/power tools in a manufacturing environment
Understanding of quality systems (ISO9001 advantageous)
Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods
