This role is ideal for a motivated warehouse professional with supervisory experience who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the late shift warehouse team
- Pick, assemble and pack furniture and furnishings
- Oversee accurate loading of goods onto 3.5-ton delivery vans
- Ensure 100% picking accuracy and high-quality standards
- Manage shift handovers and resolve issues before dispatch
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and Health & Safety standards
- Support the Warehouse Manager and uphold team performance
About You:
- Previous experience managing or supervising a warehouse team
- Confident delegating tasks and taking responsibility
- Physically able to handle large furniture items
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
