Select Recruitment is working with a well-established business to find a hands-on Late Shift Warehouse Team Leader to lead afternoon and evening warehouse operations. This role is ideal for a motivated warehouse professional with supervisory experience who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the late shift warehouse team
  • Pick, assemble and pack furniture and furnishings
  • Oversee accurate loading of goods onto 3.5-ton delivery vans
  • Ensure 100% picking accuracy and high-quality standards
  • Manage shift handovers and resolve issues before dispatch
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping and Health & Safety standards
  • Support the Warehouse Manager and uphold team performance

About You:

  • Previous experience managing or supervising a warehouse team
  • Confident delegating tasks and taking responsibility
  • Physically able to handle large furniture items
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
