My client is looking for an Agricultural Shop Manager to take ownership of their Bungay store, with the opportunity to build strong relationships with local farmers, drive sales and become a trusted source of expert agricultural advice. As an Agricultural Shop Manager, you ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, using your knowledge of farming, livestock and agricultural supplies to help customers find the right products and solutions. You ll also have the opportunity to manage stock and inventory, develop relationships with local suppliers and customers, monitor sales performance and introduce ideas that help grow the business. The Agricultural Shop Manager role would suit someone who combines strong retail management experience with a genuine understanding of the agricultural or rural sector.
