Data Entry – General Administrative Assistant Eye, Suffolk | £12.71 per hour | Temporary with potential to become permanent | Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm Looking for a Monday-to-Friday role where your administrative and data entry skills can make a real difference? My client is looking for a reliable Data Entry – General Administrative Assistant to join their team in Eye, with the potential for the position to become permanent for the right person. Working alongside the Warehouse Manager and wider warehouse team, you’ll be responsible for accurately processing inbound and outbound goods information and keeping stock and pallet records up to date. You’ll use spreadsheets and internal systems to maintain accurate data, generate pick lists based on product age and ensure information is recorded promptly as goods are received and dispatched. The Data Entry – General Administrative Assistant role would suit someone who is organised, accurate and comfortable working with data in a busy environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with warehouse team leaders, maintain customer and shipping records, and provide general office support when required, including answering the telephone and welcoming visitors.
