Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 (depending on experience) + Monthly Discretionary Profit-Related Bonus
Hours: Full-time, Permanent — Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00

The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your day-to-day will include:
Managing and responding to all incoming enquiries
Preparing and following up on quotes to convert opportunities into business
Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
Working closely with the hire desk and admin teams to ensure smooth operations
Supporting business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and potential client visits
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service with a commercial mindset.
Previous office-based experience is essential, and call centre or telesales experience will be a strong advantage.
Experience in the equipment or contract hire industry is desirable but not essential for the right candidate with strong sales and communication skills.
The Benefits
Competitive Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 (DOE)
