Join the team at a busy café located within Norfolk and Norwich Hospital. We’re looking for a friendly, experienced Barista to provide excellent service to staff, patients, and visitors. This is a full-time role offering 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis, including weekend shifts.
Location: Norfolk and Norwich Hospital
Hours: Full-Time – 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Between 6am–8pm (weekdays) and 9am–7pm (weekends)
Pay: £12.21 per hour, with an increase after 12 weeks of continuous work
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a busy environment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
- Operate coffee machines and tills confidently
- Assist with stock rotation and general café duties
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in a barista or café role
