Production Supervisor Location: Easton & Attleborough, Norfolk Salary: £35,000per annum (depending on experience) Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (35 hours per week) Benefits: 20 days holiday (rising to 25 with service), free onsite parking About Our Client Our client is a small but fast-growing contract manufacturer operating in a clean and well-organised environment, securing several large contract wins, driving continuous growth. With big aspirations and a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and teamwork, they are now seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to help lead their production operations across two sites in Easton and Attleborough. About the Role The Production Supervisor is responsible for all manufacturing activities within the factory, ensuring products are produced on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves planning, coordinating, and controlling each stage of the production process through to final manufacture, while maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. In this hands-on role, the Production Supervisor will lead and support a team of 11 production staff across two sites, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring effective use of resources throughout the manufacturing process. Close collaboration with the engineering, supply chain, and sales teams is essential to meet productivity goals, maintain efficiency, and consistently achieve delivery targets. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate a team of 11 production staff across two sites Oversee all manufacturing and production processes Collaborate with the Supply Chain & Compliance Manager to deliver the Production Plan Monitor and maintain all production equipment, ensuring effective procurement and maintenance Continuously seek to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity Uphold hygiene standards for both staff and facilities Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations Monitor quality control, productivity, and production standards Identify operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives Deliver and organise training for factory staff and operators Conduct performance reviews and coach team members to success Ensure all Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) requirements are followed Lead the resolution of equipment issues and coordinate maintenance schedules Communicate effectively with senior management, highlighting key updates or challenges Support across both sites as required What We’re Looking For Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a manufacturing or production environment (food, supplement, or cleanroom experience beneficial) Excellent understanding of production planning, process optimisation, and quality control Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Working knowledge of health & safety regulations and manufacturing standards Organised, communicative, and capable of managing multiple priorities across sites Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to grow alongside a rapidly developing business Additional Details Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break, 35 hours paid) Salary: £35,000 per annum Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays (rising by 1 day each year up to 25 days) Location: Split across Easton and Attleborough sites Parking: Free onsite parking available at both sites Training: Full handover and onboarding support provided If you’re ready to take ownership of a busy, hands-on production environment and thrive in a collaborative, quality-driven business — we’d love to hear from you.
