Select Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Production Assistant to join a busy textile printing and manufacturing business based in Long Stratton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical skills, learn a specialist trade, and build a long-term career within a growing production environment. No previous screen-printing experience is required – full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing paint buckets and printing screens
- Cleaning and preparing printing tables
- Rolling fabrics onto printing tables
- Assisting with fabric spraying and preparation
- Learning the screen-printing process
- Packaging finished fabric rolls ready for dispatch
- Receiving fabric deliveries
- Organising and storing stock
- Recording incoming fabric deliveries and stock movements
- Carrying out basic data entry tasks as required
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work in a production environment
