Production and Warehouse Manager Location: Snetterton Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum I’m currently working with a respected manufacturing client who is looking to appoint a Production and Warehouse Manager at their Snetterton site. This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing day-to-day packing and distribution, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring smooth movement of materials from supplier through to finished product delivery. The successful candidate will be someone who thrives on organisation and efficiency, enjoys leading teams, and has the confidence to make improvements across both assembly, packing and logistics. You’ll also act as deputy for the site manager when required. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily assembly and packing planning and scheduling to hit performance and cost targets. Monitor efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and introduce process improvements. Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and industry standards. Manage inbound and outbound transport, warehousing, and distribution activities. Handle procurement, supplier negotiations, and material availability. Maintain accurate stock control and optimise inventory levels. Lead and motivate production and warehouse teams. Implement lean practices and set KPIs to track progress. Candidate Profile Experience in production, operations, or logistics management, ideally in manufacturing or assembly Solid understanding of production planning, supply chain, and stock control. Confident working with ERP/MRP systems and logistics software. Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on, problem-solving approach. Excellent communication and supplier negotiation skills. Experience of lean or continuous improvement practices would be beneficial. What You’ll Get Salary in the region of £35,000 per year.
