The Role
Select Recruitment are currently recruiting for Process Operatives to join a busy cosmetics manufacturing company based in Brandon, Suffolk.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating production and manufacturing equipment
Following production processes and procedures
Measuring and handling ingredients/materials accurately
Monitoring the production process and reporting any issues
Carrying out quality checks throughout production
Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe
Following all health & safety and company procedures
Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in manufacturing, production or processing is desirable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Able to follow instructions and production procedures
Good team player with a positive attitude
Physically able to carry out the requirements of the role
