Our client is an independent, premium food & gifting brand based in Norfolk, trading in export markets around the world and growing fast. They're looking for an experienced Premium Account Manager who has already worked in export and can add value from the first few weeks, then grow into a trusted right hand to the senior team over time. This is not a role for someone who needs a lot of hand-holding. The brand's success has been built on deep, lasting relationships with customers, and they need someone who can take ownership of key accounts and work independently. What you'll be doing: Owning and growing a portfolio of premium accounts across export, retail, hospitality and gifting Working closely with the export partner and wider team to grow international markets Building genuinely trusted relationships with buyers, distributors and partners, in the good times and the tricky ones Developing joint business plans, forecasts and pricing that protect margin and drive growth Bringing new product launches to life with customers, and representing a brand people love at trade and customer events What we're looking for: Proven export or international account experience (essential) Significant experience in premium food, drink or FMCG, and a real understanding of how the sector works Calm, polished and credible at every level, with the emotional intelligence to handle whatever an account throws at you A self-starter who works independently, makes sound decisions and has a genuine can-do attitude The ambition and maturity to step up into a senior role in the business over time A real connection with a purpose-led, sustainability-minded brand Premium channels only.
