Our client is a fast-growing, purpose-driven tech company who are scaling rapidly and building out a world-class Demand Generation team to drive their growth trajectory. This is a company that's won employer awards and genuinely lives by their values – it’s not corporate speak, it’s how they operate day-to-day.

They’re looking for a driven sales professional who wants to be part of something meaningful whilst building a lucrative career with real earning potential. If you’re someone who thrives on targets, loves the thrill of closing deals, and wants to work somewhere that invests in your success, this is for you.

The Role

You’ll be a Sales Development Representative (SDR) within their Demand Generation team – the engine room of their pipeline. Your job is to take engaged prospects from marketing campaigns and turn them into qualified sales opportunities. You’ll be the bridge between marketing and the sales team, developing promising leads into sales-ready conversations that you’ll then hand over. This is a high-energy, metrics-driven role. You’ll work with enterprise employers (500+ employees) across target sectors, using a mix of email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to build relationships, understand their needs, and book meaningful meetings. You’ll become a face of the business – presenting on Teams, speaking confidently to senior stakeholders, and representing the company professionally at every interaction. The role sits at a critical juncture in the sales pipeline. You’ll be accountable for qualifying leads, moving them through stages, and ultimately contributing to the revenue your team generates. Your success directly translates to earnings – this is a role with real financial upside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaged marketing leads into qualified sales opportunities through personalised, multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Qualify prospects against the ICP (ideal customer profile) and determine fit before handing to Sector Directors
  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple contacts within target organisations, working strategically to engage at different levels
  • Develop compelling, personalised emails that engage and nurture prospects through the sales cycle
  • Present confidently on Teams calls and demonstrate our product/solutions to senior stakeholders
  • Manage long, complex sales cycles with persistence, strategy, and commercial focus
  • Use HubSpot and other tools to track activity, manage pipeline, and maintain high data accuracy
  • Work cross-functionally with the Campaign Executives, Sector Directors, and broader teams
  • Take a strategic view of each opportunity to maximise commercial potential
  • Manage your workload, priorities, and pipeline to hit OKRs and targets consistently
  • Provide transparent feedback to your Demand Generation Lead on progress, risks, and support needed
  • Deliver proactive, excellent client service at every interaction

Essential

  • Experience in B2B sales development – you know how to work a pipeline
  • Proven track record of commercial success and hitting targets
  • Commercially minded – you’re confident working to KPIs and have examples of raising the bar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you can present to C-suite stakeholders and craft compelling emails
  • Strong listener who genuinely wants to understand client needs before pitching
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills – you self-manage effectively and demonstrate accountability
  • Computer literate with confidence using Office365, CRM systems, and learning new tools quickly
  • A strong work ethic and genuine willingness to go the extra mile
  • Quick thinking, pragmatic, and adaptable
  • Passion for the company’s mission – you genuinely care about sustainability and environmental impact

Desirable

  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS
  • Understanding of or passion for behaviour change
  • Full UK driving licence
