We are working confidentially on behalf of an award-winning early careers and diversity recruitment specialist, seeking an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to manage recruitment campaigns and build lasting client relationships. This is not a sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Stakeholder Management
    • Own and manage multiple client accounts, acting as primary point of contact
    • Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding client needs and expectations
    • Provide consultative advice on recruitment strategy, attraction methods and selection processes
    • Lead client briefing meetings and provide updates on campaign progress with actionable insights
    • Present weekly reports on campaign performance and recruitment metrics
  • Campaign Planning & Attraction Strategy
    • Design and execute bespoke recruitment campaigns to meet client objectives
    • Develop compelling job descriptions and marketing content to attract top candidates
    • Work with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimise engagement and conversion
  • Candidate Selection & Screening
    • Design efficient, tailored selection processes
    • Conduct high-volume candidate screening and manage virtual interviews
    • Support clients with assessment centre design and facilitation
  • Data, Reporting & Problem-Solving
    • Track campaign data and maintain accurate records of applications, engagement and conversion
    • Prepare and present data-driven reports to internal and external stakeholders
    • Identify innovative solutions to recruitment challenges, driving continuous improvement

Experience Required

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or account management, ideally within early careers or high-volume recruitment
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes β€” from attraction and marketing strategy through to selection and client management
  • Experience working with clients and senior stakeholders, providing consultative advice on recruitment strategy
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
