My client is a well-established, privately owned leisure and hospitality business expanding their dedicated group holidays division, seeking a Sales Consultant with travel or tourism experience to join a team genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team within a respected, four-decade heritage business where your travel industry expertise as a Groups & Specialist Holidays Sales Consultant will directly shape customer journeys and build lasting client relationships.

As a Groups & Specialist Holidays Sales Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to proactively identify and approach new client prospects whilst nurturing and growing existing relationships through understanding their unique requirements and designing tailored group travel packages. You'll manage incoming enquiries from initial contact through to confirmation and booking, research and negotiate accommodation and services with hotels and suppliers, and develop detailed, personalised itineraries that bring group travel experiences to life.

Working towards agreed sales targets, you'll create engaging promotional materials, handle payment processing, undertake occasional travel for client visits and supplier meetings, and contribute to the continued growth of the group holidays division giving you genuine variety, real customer impact, and the satisfaction of crafting memorable travel experiences.

This role would suit someone with a background in travel, tourism, or hospitality who brings confident, persuasive communication with strong negotiation ability.
