Working closely with the CEO, Commercial & Operations Manager, and wider management team, you'll challenge financial performance where necessary, develop appropriate financial KPIs and dashboards, and provide the financial discipline and visibility required to support continued growth—giving you genuine strategic influence, real responsibility, and the satisfaction of shaping financial strategy as a Finance Manager in a pivotal, growing organisation.

This Finance Manager role would suit an experienced professional with demonstrable experience as a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or Financial Controller who brings strong management accounting capability and excellent cash-flow forecasting skills. You'll have strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, experience managing accounts receivable and payable, and strong Excel and financial modelling ability.

Your commercially minded approach, comfort challenging management, and ability to operate effectively within a rapidly growing organisation, combined with experience in engineering, manufacturing, project-based environments, or work-in-progress and project accounting, will help you thrive as a Finance Manager.
