My client offers a truly field-based Business Development Manager position where you'll spend your time out meeting clients and building relationships, not stuck behind a desk—office attendance is just once a month.
This role has become available due to exciting business growth, giving you the opportunity to shape new markets and partnerships across Norfolk and Suffolk whilst enjoying the autonomy and variety that comes with being out on the road.
As a Business Development Manager, you'll have the opportunity to identify and develop new business opportunities across diverse sectors including holiday parks, construction firms, developers, local authorities, and commercial clients. You'll generate leads through networking, industry contacts, and outbound activity, building strategic partnerships that open up new revenue streams for static caravans, lodges, mobile homes, and annexe accommodation solutions.
Attending exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings, you'll create compelling sales presentations, manage a strong pipeline through CRM systems, and provide consultative sales support tailored to each customer's needs—all whilst working closely with the leadership team to develop growth strategies and staying ahead of market trends and emerging opportunities.
