Are you ready to build campaigns that actually move the needle? Do you want to work in marketing where your results directly impact revenue and business growth? Exclusively for my client, I am looking for a Campaign Executive to join their fast-growing demand generation marketing team. You will be responsible for building and delivering campaigns that generate high-quality leads for their sales team—and actually tracking whether they work.

About the Role

You will be at the start of their new business funnel, focused on awareness and lead generation. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Campaign planning & delivery: Webinars, email campaigns, thought leadership content, press liaison, LinkedIn lead generation
  • Lead generation experiments: Testing different tactics with structured methodology to find what works
  • Project management: Setting up campaign tracking in HubSpot, defining target personas, building target lists
  • Analysis & optimisation: Mid and post-campaign reporting to understand what’s working and why
  • Collaboration: Working with the team to execute campaigns and with their sales team to ensure leads progress

You will work with multi-media tools (Canva, Descript), manage landing pages, qualify inbound enquiries, and continuously test new lead generation approaches.

You will have:

  • Proven marketing experience — You’ve already started your marketing career and you’re hungry to grow (those more experienced will be considered for Senior Campaign Exec)
  • Organised and strategic: You plan ahead, think ahead, and solve problems
  • Quick learner with an analytical mind: You understand numbers, you’re curious about what they mean, and you seek out best practice
  • HubSpot, WordPress, LinkedIn, Google Analytics experience is a bonus
  • Passionate about digital marketing trends — You keep up to date and you’re genuinely interested in how marketing works
  • Problem-solving mindset: You approach challenges with practical, structured thinking
  • Self-directed learner: You seek resources, ask for feedback, and improve
