Production Manager - Electrical Manufacturing Norwich, Norfolk | 50,000 60,000 DOE Our client, a fast-growing specialist in electrical engineering is seeking an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of manufacturing operations due to sustained growth.
The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced manufacturing leader with a background in panel building or electrical engineering.
You ll take full responsibility for production output, quality and safety, working across multiple live projects.
You ll manage everything from production planning and resourcing through to final inspection and Factory Acceptance Testing, while building a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor.
