The Role
Reporting into the Head of Customer Retention Marketing, you’ll help create campaigns across email, SMS, app push and digital channels that keep customers engaged and coming back. You’ll turn products, offers and customer moments into compelling, sales-focused copy - always asking what’s the story, why will customers care, and how do we make them want to engage.
