As an HR Administrator, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in keeping all HR functions running smoothly, supporting the full employee journey from recruitment through to onboarding and beyond. You'll manage incoming telephone calls and shared mailboxes, provide administrative support across the HR function, handle time-sensitive documentation with accuracy and confidentiality, and support recruitment activities including liaising with recruitment agencies and coordinating candidates.

Working within the HR Department team, you'll assist with tracking departmental KPIs, book and coordinate training events, support company engagement and wellbeing initiatives, maintain HR procedures and policies, and act as an approachable point of contact for employee queries—giving you genuine variety and exposure to the full spectrum of HR administration in a growing business.

This HR Administrator role would suit someone who's diligent and reliable with strong attention to detail, confident and positive with a professional and approachable manner. You'll bring excellent organisational skills, friendly and personable interpersonal abilities, and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Your strong computer literacy, confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office, and full driving licence will help you thrive, whilst previous administrative experience, recruitment background, and resourceful, proactive approach would be particularly valuable.
