Looking for an immediate opportunity to make a genuine difference to apprentices while bringing your vocational expertise into an established education setting? My client is looking for a Vocational Trainer to provide immediate agency support while they continue their recruitment for a permanent appointment, giving you the opportunity to step into a rewarding role where your experience can have an impact from day one. As a Vocational Trainer, you’ll support apprentices across Engineering, Welding and Motor Vehicle pathways, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to progress successfully through their programmes. You’ll work closely with apprentices, employers and the wider Apprenticeship Team, delivering progress reviews, supporting training plans, monitoring off-the-job training and helping learners prepare for their End Point Assessment. This Vocational Trainer opportunity would suit someone with a Level 3 vocational qualification in Engineering or Welding and Fabrication who is confident operating within a vocational training environment.
