Installation Technician | Permanent | Thetford-based with travel | Monday- Friday with early finish Fridays We're looking for a hands-on Installation Technician to join our Thetford based client, carrying out installations, maintenance, and servicing of specialist equipment at customer sites. This is a permanent role involving regular travel and overnight stays across the UK. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident and proficient with hand and power tools, has experience in installation or a similar hands-on role, and enjoys working across varied locations and jobs rather than the same routine every day. Excellent benefits are on offer alongside a competitive salary dependant on experience.  What the role involves: On-site installation of specialist equipment to set standards and specifications Assembly and fixing of components using hand and power tools Routine maintenance, remedial works, and adjustments as required Driving company vehicles Keeping accurate job records Advising customers on correct and safe product use Working alongside project teams and supervisors to meet deadlines Maintaining tools, vehicles, and equipment Following all health, safety, and company procedures What we're looking for: Confident and proficient in the use of hand and power tools Previous experience in an installation, construction, or hands-on assembly role (preferred but not essential) Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications Strong communication skills with both customers and colleagues Physically fit with a good understanding of manual handling Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic Comfortable with regular travel, overnight stays, and outdoor working in varying conditions Full UK driving licence - essential CSCS card or willingness to obtain one - advantageous If this permanent, varied opportunity aligns with your skills and experience, please apply now
