You'll Need
- Experience as a Sous Chef, or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up
- Fresh food or gastro pub experience
- A passion for quality food
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Calm under pressure with a hands-on approach
- A full driving licence is beneficial due to the location
