A fantastic opportunity to join a much-loved, values-driven business as an HR Advisor, with hybrid working and the chance to gain broad exposure across a varied generalist HR role. This 12-month maternity cover position offers the opportunity to make a real impact, work closely with managers and teams, and contribute ideas in an organisation that genuinely values its people.

As an HR Advisor, you will become a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, confidently managing your own employee relations cases and providing practical, people-focused support across investigations, disciplinary processes, absence management and performance management. The role is varied, working closely with managers across hospitality, retail, logistics, production and central teams, whilst also offering the opportunity to support recruitment, provide first-line employee guidance and contribute to wider HR projects.

This role would suit a motivated, curious and confident HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships at all levels. Your generalist HR experience, excellent communication and influencing skills will give you a great platform to take ownership of employee relations matters, support managers through sensitive situations and help deliver positive outcomes across the business.

You’ll also enjoy a fantastic working package, including:

  • Salary of up to £37,000, inclusive of a car allowance
  • Hybrid working, typically 3 days in the office, with the flexibility to work from home and visits to other sites
  • 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
