Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the safe and successful delivery of an internal partitioning and ceiling package on a large commercial build in Great Yarmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a knowledgeable professional with a strong background in dry lining and SFS to secure a long-term temporary role.
What’s on offer:
- £250 per day (flat day rate)
- 40-week project offering strong continuity of work

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation of SFS, internal partitioning, and ceiling systems
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams effectively
- Maintain high standards of health & safety across site
- Monitor progress and report on project milestones
- Ensure compliance with current dry lining and SFS standards
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within dry lining / SFS projects
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of dry lining systems and SFS details
- Valid CSCS Gold Card
- SMSTS certification
- Ability to manage teams and drive project delivery
Desirable:
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management (or similar)
