Our client is a well-established, independent premium food & gifting brand based in Norfolk, known for its quality, sustainability credentials and strong presence across hotels, airlines, premium retail and gifting channels both in the UK and internationally.

With ambitious plans to double turnover over the next four years, they're now looking for a Head of Sales to lead the team through the next stage of that growth.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit at the top and point.

Our client needs a genuine leader — someone who develops, strengthens and motivates a small, close-knit team, while staying hands-on in the accounts, pitches and deals that drive the business forward.

Half leadership, half doing.

A true player-coach.

What you'll be doing

Leading, coaching and developing a small sales team, building a high-performing culture people want to be part of.

Owning the sales P&L, budgets and forecasting, and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team.

Personally driving growth across premium channels — hotels, airlines, premium retail and gifting — this is not a supermarket-facing business, that’s a different beast altogether!

Owning the relationship with the company's export partner and shaping international growth Identifying new premium channels and opportunities as the business scales What my client is looking for:

Proven experience leading and developing a small sales team — real people leadership, not just oversight.

A background in a premium or luxury brand or market SME experience is important — corporate-only backgrounds without SME exposure won't be the right fit, though a blend is welcomed Ambitious, sharp, and excited by the idea of taking a growing business on its next big journey Confidence owning P&L and commercial numbers alongside genuine people-leadership skill If you're a hands-on sales leader who wants to build something rather than just manage it, and really be part of this exciting success story’s growth, get in touch with Emma to find out more
