Are you a practical, hands-on person with experience in aluminium fabrication, window and door assembly, manufacturing or production? My client is looking for an Aluminium Fabricator (Patio Door Assembler) to join their established marine manufacturing operation in Great Yarmouth, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am β 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am β 3:30pm

The Role
As an Aluminium fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling and fitting aluminium patio door frames and components. You'll work from engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions to ensure products are accurately assembled and meet high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble aluminium patio door frames and components to specification
- Measure, cut, drill and prepare aluminium profiles
- Fit hinges, handles, locks, gaskets and glazing accessories
- Safely use hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment
- Carry out quality checks to ensure accuracy, fit and finish
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in aluminium fabrication, window/door manufacturing, assembly or a similar environment
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and assembly instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good practical and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team
