We are currently recruiting for a Fluid Process Operator on behalf of our client based in Thetford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing industrial team in a hands-on, safety-critical role with long-term potential. Full training will be provided.
As a Fluid Process Operator, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the production and refinement of fluids used in industrial processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and maintaining equipment
- Ensuring smooth operations
- Following strict safety and quality standards

Hours: Monday – Thursday: 15:00 – 23:30, and Friday: 14:00 – 21:30
Training Shift: Monday – Thursday, 06:45 – 15:15, and Friday 06:45 - 14:15
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Blend and mix raw materials to create finished products
- Set up and run proportioning pumps
- Handle bulk chemical deliveries
- Operate forklift truck (training provided if needed)
- Take product samples and carry out basic testing
- Record weights, measurements, and batch information
- Operate pump and valve systems
- Report any mechanical or chemical issues to the appropriate team
