In this role, you will prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates across diverse and often complex projects, working closely with our commercial and project teams. You will bring precision, problem-solving, and commercial awareness to every tender, supporting everything from pricing strategy to value engineering.
The ideal candidate has:
- Proven experience in bespoke, specialist, or regional contracting
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials
