The Opportunity We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded independent luxury retailer in Colchester — an authorised partner for some of the world's most iconic brands. The Role This is a hands-on, executional marketing position. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of all marketing activity — creating and scheduling social content, managing digital campaigns, producing design assets, updating web content and supporting exclusive client events. You'll work within a dual remit: executing brand-governed activity for one major partner with precision, while enjoying real creative freedom across the rest of the portfolio. Day-to-day, this role looks like: Creating and scheduling content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Writing copy for campaigns, email marketing and digital channels Producing or briefing design assets — hands-on design skills (Canva, Adobe) are a real advantage Managing website content and making updates via CMS Tracking performance and reporting on digital marketing metrics Supporting exclusive events including high-end client experiences About You You're someone who is genuinely comfortable doing the marketing — not just directing it. You'll have solid hands-on experience across digital and social channels, strong copywriting skills, and ideally some exposure to design or web tools.
