Looking for a role where you can take ownership of a busy café operation and make a real impact? This is an opportunity to lead a vibrant café, overseeing the day-to-day running of the site, developing your team and driving a consistently high level of customer experience.

As Café Chef Manager, your focus will be on the overall management and performance of the café. You’ll lead and develop the team, manage stock and rotas, oversee financial performance, support menu development and ensure excellent standards across food safety, hygiene and customer service. Your culinary background will be valuable, but this is primarily a site management and leadership role. You’ll have the opportunity to introduce ideas, improve processes and help shape the future success of the operation.
