We are looking for a reliable and motivated Line Setter to join a busy cosmetics and home fragrance manufacturing team in Brandon.

You’ll be responsible for setting up and adjusting production lines, supporting changeovers, reducing downtime and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and adjust production machinery.

Support safe and efficient changeovers.

Prepare tooling, parts and equipment in advance.

Carry out basic fault-finding and machine adjustments.

Monitor line performance and minimise downtime.

Maintain GMP, housekeeping and Health & Safety standards.

Work closely with Production and Engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience operating, setting or adjusting production machinery.

Basic mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills.

Good organisational and planning skills.

Reliable, positive and willing to learn.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
