Ready to take on a brand-new CAD Technician opportunity supporting a major blue-chip engineering organisation? My client is offering the chance to work directly on an active programme of refurbishment and structural change projects within a professional Facilities Management environment, giving you the opportunity to see your CAD work make a real impact.
As a CAD Technician, you’ll use your 2D CAD skills to produce and amend layouts supporting office refurbishments, wash-room projects and wider facilities works. You’ll work closely with the FM team to interpret existing building plans, accurately reflect changes and contribute to projects from the drawing and documentation perspective, with occasional site visits adding further variety to the role.
This CAD Technician opportunity would suit someone with strong 2D drafting experience and a good understanding of building layouts and spatial planning. Experience within refurbishment, facilities management or a similar environment would be particularly useful, alongside the confidence to work professionally on a large corporate client site.
