We are currently looking for a Blending Operative for our client based in Attleborough. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, supporting the blending and manufacturing of health supplement powders. Full training and PPE will be provided, and this role offers ongoing work for the right candidate.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Pay rate: £13.46 per hour

Key duties include:

  • Blending health supplement powders and accurately measuring ingredients to specification
  • Feeding raw materials into machinery and assembling products
  • Decanting powder into pouches, tubs, or jars with a high level of accuracy
  • Performing batch coding, sealing, labelling, and packing of finished products
  • Attaching labels, fitting lids, and preparing goods for storage or distribution
  • Operating, monitoring, and cleaning equipment and hand tools
  • Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure standards are met
  • Reporting any machinery faults or production issues to supervisors
  • Storing goods and materials (may involve some heavy lifting)
  • Maintaining clean and safe working areas in line with regulations
  • Completing relevant documentation for compliance purposes
  • Working collaboratively to meet production targets
  • Any other duties as required by the client

  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable with strong timekeeping and housekeeping skills
